About reservation and check-in

Which source of reservation can I book at the most reasonable price?
We offer best rate for the reservation for our homepage or telephone.
Are there any privilege for bookings through homepage?
We have our own frequent guests program.
We award 1 point per night. You can earn JYE1,000 per 5 points and JYE3,000 per 10 points.
What are the general check in and check out times?
Check-in 3:00p.m./Check-out 10:00a.m.
Some stay plans offer different check-in and out time.
Is it possible to check-in before 3:00p.m.?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept it.
Is it possible to extend check-out time?
Yes, until 1:00p.m. with extra charge based on space availability.
Can I leave the baggage before check-in?
Yes, we hold the baggage at the hotel lobby before check-in and/or after check-out.
Do you require deposit upon check-in?
Yes, we require full deposit upon check-in. Credit card is also acceptable.
Some stay plans require only cash payment.

Do you close the entrance at night?
We will lock main entrance and close front desk at 1a.m., but the night entrance opens 24 hours
Is there smoking space ?
All- day smoke free inside the hotel.
There is a smoking space outside of the main entrance.
Can I accompany with pets?
I am afraid no pets allowed.
Can I request specific guest room?
No, we assign guest room upon check-in.
Can I request adjacent rooms?
We accept the prior request, but basically based on availability.
Is day-use available?
No, we have a policy not to accept day-use.
Do you have special price for children?
We do not have any special price for children, but children under 6 years are not required to pay unless staying with adult on the same bed.
Can you put me on the waiting list?
No, we do not accept putting on the waiting list.
We recommend that you check availability.

Do you have any cancellation policies?
Our cancellation policies are as follows.
(1)4 days prior: No charge
(2)3 days prior: 50% of the room charge
(3)On that day: 80% of the room charge
(4)No show: 100% of the room charge

About guest rooms

Can I know the room amenities and equipment?
22-inches TV (Japanese Satellite channels available), Refrigerator, Air- conditioner, Bath room, hair-dryer, Electric kettle, Alarm clock, Coat hanger, Tissue, Slipper, Bath towel, Face towel, Teeth brush, Shaver, Shampoo, Rinse, Body soap, Pajamas
Is there a microwave oven in the guest room?
Not in the guest room, but there is it at front desk.
Is there a safety box in the guest room?
Not in the guest room. Any valuables are kept under your own responsibility.
Is there any amenities for rent at the guest room?
Air cleaner, Humidifier, Pants presser, Iron and iron board, Portable light, Battery charger and so on.
Please note that we have limited units.
Is Internet available in the guest room?
Fee Wi-Fi is available for all guest rooms.
Is bathtub separated from toilet?
Both bathtub and toilet are in the same bathroom.
There are separated bathtub and toilet in 10 tatami mats Japanese style room.
How big are beds in the guest room?
One-bed room: 100cm X 195cm
Double-bed room: 145cm X 195cm
Two-beds room: 100cm X 195cm
Does windows open in the guest room?
Yes, please contact front desk how to open the windows.
Can I invite non-registered guests to my room?
No, you cannot. Please meet with non-registered guests at hotel lobby.
Do you have laundry valet service?
We outsource the service. Please contact our front desk for further information.
Is there washing machine?
There are washing machines outside of the hotel.
Do you have room service?
No, we do not.
Do you serve breakfast?
No, we introduce restaurants or convenience store nearby the hotel.
Do you have parking lot?
No, we introduce coin-operated parking nearby the hotel.

About our service

How is the room cleaning during the stay?
We will clean the room from 10 a.m. and we accept the last cleaning request until 12 noon.
We cannot accept room cleaning after 12 noon, but we will replace towels and amenities upon your request. If you do not need room cleaning, please contact front desk in advance.
Can I send baggage to hotel prior to the hotel check-in date?
Please send your baggage to following address with your full name and check-in date.
We will keep them until the.
